Great location! The hotel is situated in an old, traditional part of the city. Within walking distance, there are many local cafes, a pastry restaurant with fresh 'bureks' and a very famous shop with delicious traditional Turkish sweet drink. Tram and metro stops are also nearby! The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Some minor issues affected my stay. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was very weak and sometimes non-existent, making it challenging to access basic pages.

The location was great, close to the city and tram connection. Many cheap and amazing food places nearby. Friendly staff. Nice, clean room. Smelled amazing toiletries.

Nestled in a peaceful area, this hotel offers a serene retreat from the bustle of the city. the staff greets you warmly, offering a personalized experience. the room is spacious and boasts luxurious amenities, including a private hot tub and elegant furnishings. the bed is incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep. the impeccable service is felt throughout the hotel, from the attentive room service to the impeccable housekeeping.

Although the service is exceptional, the breakfast offerings are somewhat limited, with only a few basic items and lack of variety. the staff is accommodating and attentive to your needs and will do their best to cater to any specific requests.

The hotel was located in a great spot, close to transportation and tourist attractions, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay here really enjoyable. The room was also clean and well-furnished, with great facilities such as a fridge and daily bottles of water.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I loved how comfortable the rooms were. the beds were soft and welcoming, and the air conditioning was perfect, offering a much-needed break from the winter chill. the hotel is located in an area that is close to bustling tourist attractions as well as public transport, which made it easy to explore the city. the staff was always helpful, providing top-notch guidance on the best places to visit in the city.

There were a few things that detracted from my overall experience. the water of the shower was not hot enough, which made taking a shower in the winter quite a challenge.
